About Filling

Add flanking amino acids to extend your peptide structure using homology modeling.

Example:
Template: AKAFIAWLVRG
Model: LKAKAFIAWLVRGKL

Adds L to N-terminus and KL to C-terminus

Peptide Capping
About Capping

Protect peptide termini by adding capping groups.

Capping Groups:
  • ACE — Acetyl (N-term)
  • NME — N-methylamide (C-term)

  • Protease resistance
  • Mimic natural peptides
Peptide Mutation
About Mutation

Replace a natural amino acid with a non-natural analog.

Common Mutations:
  • Met → Nle — Oxidation resistance
  • Gly → Aib — Helix stabilization
  • Lys → Orn — Charge modulation
