Analyze protein-peptide complex interactions
What is Interaction Analysis?
This tool analyzes existing protein-peptide complexes to identify:
- Hydrogen bonds between protein and peptide
- Hydrophobic interactions
- Ionic/electrostatic interactions
- Interface contact area
Note: This is not a docking tool. You must provide a pre-bound protein-peptide complex structure.
PDB File Requirements
- Must contain at least 2 chains (protein and peptide)
- Peptide should be a separate chain from the protein
- Both protein and peptide must have 3D coordinates
- Standard PDB format (from PDB database or modeling software)
